AES Guitars in Portugal

Introducing KTS’s new friend AES Guitars in Portugal.

AES Guitars is a new guitar brand founded by luthier Eduardo Santos with over 10 years of repair experience. Uncompromising on all materials and parts, he chose KTS Titanium Neck Reinforcement to support his precision necks. Our titanium rods were installed on a prototype last year, and after a year of testing, they were finally selected.

Mr. Santos is dedicated to building guitars of the highest caliber. Last year, he visited the famous Japanese guitar brand Sugi Guitars (https://www.sugiguitars.com/en/). This experience had taught him important technical skills and also influenced his philosophy on guitar building.

We cannot wait to see what original pieces Mr. Santos will produce from his homeland Portugal. KTS is happy to be a small part of AES Guitars, and we are sure that his creative passion and the spirit of Japanese guitar craftsmanship will live on in his work.
