The lead singer and guitarist of the rock band MUSE. Using KTS Titanium Saddles and Custom Titanium Tremolo Block on two Aluminum Strats. The following is how KTS joined forces with MUSE.

We were contacted by Chris Whitemyer, Matthew Bellamy's guitar tech, who was in Japan for Fuji Rock in the summer of 2015, and he said he would love to get one for Matt's two Strats. Matt has an endorsement with Manson Guitar Works in the UK, so he can't use them on stage, but he does use Fender guitars on some of his recordings.

Since it was a limited production, most of the stock was gone, but luckily we had two left. We thought about going to the hotel where he was staying and handing them over to Matt, but he said he couldn't make it because he had to appear on the TV show “Music Station” that day. In the end, we decided to send them to him after his return. They liked our parts very much and sent us a message as following.

“MATT is and has been signed up with Manson guitars for a few years. The blocks are for the Fender Strat guitar and (back up Strat) that will do two songs from the new album in the upcoming U.S. arena tour. He cannot promote Fender guitars even though Manson are OK with him using a Strat for the two songs…but we ARE using them (blocks and saddles) and they made a great difference/improvement in the sustain and sound of the Strats.” -Chris Whitemyer (Matt's guitar tech)

We have been mindful of Matt's contract with Manson Guitars and have refrained from posting his picture or name. In such a situation, we were introduced to the master builder at Manson Guitar by Chris then we could establish a business relationship with Manson Guitars and provided some KTS products to their anniversary model. The picture at the top was sent to us by Chris to add Matt to the KTS users in our website. After that Matt also started using KTS PR-08WD Compensated Tele saddles on his Telecaster. (Photo)

Despite these recent trying times, we received an email from Chris again. "Everything is great on our end. The Muse guys are finishing up the new record and we should be touring next two years if things open up."
We hope MUSE will perform at FUJI ROCK again next summer.
