Kirk YANO is a multiple Grammy-winning recording engineer with several Platinum and Gold RIAA Awards , Kirk has worked with everyone from Public Enemy, Mariah Carey to Miles Davis and Phoebe Snow, Kirk has toured as a musician with Snow, Savoy Brown, Scott Holt and Texas Scratch and is inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame for Master Recording Engineer and Master Blues Artist.
NY 音楽シーンで活躍するレコーディングプロデューサー。多部門でのグラミー賞、そしていくつかのプラチナディスク、ゴールドディスクに関わってきた。手がけたアーチスト達は、Public Enemy, Mariah Carey から、大御所、Miles Davis や Phoebe Snow まで幅広く、さらに、郷ひろみや、八代亜紀等の、日本人シンガーのレコーディングにも参加している。自らも、プロフェッショナルベーシストとして、Snow, Savoy Brown, Scott Holt といった面々とプレイし、New York Blues Hall of Fame から、Master Recording Engineer そして Master Blues Artist として迎え入れられている。KTS との付き合いは永く、10数年前、Pat Martino 氏と引きあわせてくれたのも彼である。
